今回で四回目の訪問。第二の故郷ポジションになりつつある場所。
早朝に訪れれば、朝日が昇る砂漠の戦闘機。昼に訪れれば、火星に不時着したかのような戦闘機。夕暮に訪れれば、沈む夕日に照られる戦闘。夜に訪れれば、月夜に照られさた神秘的な戦闘機。一粒で二度だって三度だっておいしい場所。廃戦闘機たちは変わらずモハーヴェの砂漠にありつづけます。
