CCCP Flight School

CCCP Flight School used to be operated for Nazi pilots. After a collapse of the Nazis, at the end of WW2, the Soviet army took over and extended this place for disposing anti-aircraft missiles. In 1992, this school was returned to Germany; however this place has been abandoned. Still the Soviet’s symbol “Soviet Star” is there.

CCCP飛行学校は、ナチスによって建設されたパイロットのための飛行訓練所でした。ナチス崩壊後の、第二次世界大戦の終わり1945年には、ソ連軍がそのまま使用し飛行場を拡張し、対航空機ミサイルなどを配備。1992年にドイツに返還されましたが、以来一度も使用されることはありませんでした。ソビエトのシンボル”赤い星(Soviet Star)”が残る貴重なドイツ廃墟の一つです。

The Huge Authority of Soviet
The wall painting is one of the points worthy of note！We headed for the building a wall painting of the Soviet army was left inside. Nevertheless most of wall paintings were heavily damaged; I could imagine what were painted. The Red Army soldiers, their vaunted space development, too impressive avant-grade arts. I thought everyone explored here would feel how strong and big Soviet used to be. The power of Red Soviet Star still remained here with leaving many abandoned things.

この廃墟の見どころは、大きな建物の中に描かれているソビエト軍の壁画です。赤軍兵士の壁画、ソ連ご自慢の宇宙開発の壁画、なんだかよくわからない前衛的な壁画、それらの絵から、ソ連という国が強大であったか感じることができます。 以前海外の廃墟サイトで見かけたときは、状態も良かった壁画も時の流れには逆らえず…劣化のため剥がれ落ちているものが多かったです。時間があるのなら復元したい…ほんと。

A lot of weeds growing around the building, and most part of the structure are in horrible condition, some other are simply abandoned. But the sprawling aviation yard is an overwhelming sight. We could feel abandoned atmosphere from some buildings in the bushed site.

広大な敷地内にはいくつかの素敵な建物がありますが、そのほとんどが雑草や低木に埋もれ、廃墟と化しています。

Sweet Secret Base
The biggest difficulty to enter was a naked sunning old man…in the aviation yard… Maybe…this site is a place for relaxation and refreshment for neighborhoods, and also a secret base for children.

敷地内に入ったとき、中庭で裸のおじさんが…ひなたぼっこ中でした。どうやら、近所の人の憩いの場であり、子供の姿もあったので、良い遊び場(秘密基地)となっているようです。
