Hachijo Kokusai Kankou Hotel

This is the third abandoned hotel on Hajijo Island! Hachijou Kokusai Hotel. It seems that the hotel was in business until around 2004, but it closed after the decreased of tourism, same reason of the closure of the Oriental Resort.

八丈島廃ホテル三つめは、八丈国際観光ホテル
を紹介します。ここもオリエンタルリゾートと同じ、リゾートブームにノッて建てたはいいが、観光客の減少により2004年に閉鎖してしまったホテルです。

There is a hallway covered with plants, leading to the room with the bath. Going on, The hallway continues down between a karaoke room and an old bar. Inside the decaying karaoke room, there were many red chairs. I was fascinated by the atmosphere of this this unique hallway 🙂

風呂場に続く植物に覆われた廊下には、バーやカラオケボックスがありました。カラオケルームはボロボロだったけど、残された赤い椅子が残されていて雰囲気が良い感じでした！

Oops! The bathroom is completely exposed to view from the outside! The open-air bath had collapsed, however the bath have a good ocean view!

うわ！外から丸見えだ！露天風呂は崩れていて、さらに開放的になっていました。しかし眺めの良いお風呂としては健在です。

This main building is not interesting compared to other abandoned hotels in Hachijo-Jima: Hachijo Oriental Resort and Hachijo Hot Springs Hotel. The building is large, but the inside has the same room so, I get bored a little.
