This abandoned winding tower is what remains of shime mining industry located in Fukuoka prefecture, Japan.
It’s designated as a national important cultural property. The turret is 47.65 tall, and the hole dug vertically for 430 meters deep to the ground! The tower has been completely barricaded, so it’s impossible to break in from the outside.
この竪坑櫓は福岡県にある志免鉱業の遺構です。竪坑櫓の高さは47.65メートル！その下に掘ってある穴は430メートルの深さになるそうです！すっごい深い！今では、国の重要文化財に指定されているので、中に入ることは出来ませんが、フェンスの外から見学することができます。
