宮殿廃墟。This abandoned hotel with palace-like exterior stands in one of the best locations any hotel owner could ever wish for and does not look like it’s been abandoned at a first glance. The overwrought building design look like a typical building you would see during the bubble economy years. It would make you feel like you’re in front of an abandoned building somewhere in Europe if you disregard the surrounding. What a fabulous edifice…
宮殿のような外観を持つこのホテル廃墟は、海辺の絶景ロケーションにあり一見すると廃墟には見えない物件。贅の限りを尽くした感、漂うバブル臭！周りの景色を無視して、この廃墟だけ見たらヨーロッパ廃墟を探索しにきた気分になります。
A Little History
この廃墟は、メインホテルの別館として建てれ、「城館」と呼ばれていました。ジャンゼリゼ風の庭園、241室にも及ぶ部屋数、ジャグジーにプール、さまざまなウォータースポーツが楽しめるファビュラスな施設でした。ですが現在閉館中。
It was originally built as an annex to the main hotel and was referred as a “castle.” Guests were greeted with a gorgeous Champs-Élysées-like garden, 241 luxurious rooms, Jacuzzi, pool, and many other water sport facilities. Unfortunately, this fabulous building’s been closed for a while now.

The first floor was blocked all the way around and could not find any entry point. As I were about to leave the place, I spotted some rich people (judging by their clothing and posture) coming to inspect the hotel. When I asked if I could take a glance of an inside, they allowed me to enter the lobby and shoot some photos.
一階部分はどこも封鎖され、この宮殿に入ることはできないと諦めかけていた時。いかにも金持ちぽい一行がホテルの視察に来ていました。中を見せてほしいとお願いすると「ロビーだけなら」と、写真撮影の許可をもらえました。
This is definitely a palace!
The vaulted ceiling full of natural light reminds you of a church. The magnificent ocean view will take your breath away. I mean, you can’t possibly see it now with all the plywood covering the windows, but I’m sure the view from the grand staircase was absolutely amazing. The interior was covered in dust, but things were still intact and way too clean to be called an abandoned building. They’re planning on reopening it after some renovation. I would love to book a night in this hotel someday.
教会を思わせるドームがまぶしい吹き抜けの空間からは、オーシャンビューを望めます。今では板でふさがれて海を見ることができませんが、大階段から眺める素晴らしい景色は容易に想像可能です。内部は多少の埃がつもるものの、廃墟と呼ぶにはきれいすぎます。近い将来再オープン予定だそう。観光で宿泊できる日が待ち遠しい物件です。
