Night of Verona

It is located on north Italy and famous as the stage of Romeo and Juliet, named Verona. The city is not so big, however Verona is admired for its scenery of the middle ages townscape. I visited at night, oh yeah, the town was very beautiful and romantic with being lighted up… Verona is really nice place for sightseeing, I recommend this city people who plan to visit Italy!!

ヴェローナは北イタリアにある、ロミオとジュリエットの舞台として有名な街。街は大きくないものの、中世の町並みが残っているので、イタリアでも屈指の美しい景観を持つ街として名高い場所です。到着したのは夜でしたが、ライトアップされたベローナの街は最高にロマンチックです。観光にもうってつけの景観なので、イタリア旅行を考え中の方にはヴェローナに行くことをオススメします！

Bloody Yummy Red and Black Risotto
Well, I have not seen this color of risotto…red and black. Its taste is…maybe a balsamic sour, really extraordinary. It’s totally different from the style Japanese people will imagine. Umm, new style.

ヴェローナのリゾットは赤黒い！味はなんとも不思議な味。酸味がある…これは…バルサミコかな？我々日本人がイメージするリゾットはまったく違うスタイルです。珍しい。

今晩の夕食は、ヴェローナで古い老舗レストランの一つ、Alcova del Frateで。

Historic Fantastic Uncured Ham
I had an uncured ham was matured for 6 years. Yeah, I could say, it had nice and deep taste. At this restaurant, there are uncured hams for each matured years, it could be fan to taste all and find differences. Oh lovely Verona…I really regretted I could not have enough time for sightseeings…ummmm…..

6年ものの熟成させた生ハムをいただく。こうなんというか非常に深みのある味。このレストランには熟成年数別の生ハムがあるので、全部食べ比べてみてもいいかもしれません。ヴェローナ…こんなに美しい街だったとは…次回観光で来ます！
