Moji Cement Plant

I really love Industrial faction! So this cement plant was a particular favourite of mine, but unfortunately cement plant demolished in the 2008 🙁 インダストリアル物件が大好きな私にとって、門司のセメント工場は魅力的ば場所でした！残念ながら2008年に取り壊されました。

The Moji Cement Plant located in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. It is the largest abandoned plant in Japan. The Moji plant is being major industrial area in the Kanmon Straits Area. This area used to be very active… In the 80s, however the Limestone Mine became unprofitable and the shutdown. The Moji Cement Plant began operating in 1893 and ended in 1980. Unfortunately, the building was destroyed in 2008. 日本で最も大きなセメント工場の廃墟としても有名だった旧日本セメント門司工場。工業系の廃墟が大好物な私にとって、素晴らしい廃墟の一つでした。門司工場は1893年に操業を開始。長い間、門司のセメント生産を支えていましたが、1980年に工場は閉鎖。約28年間放置され、2008年に解体されました。
