Pelegrin Hotel in Croatia

超巨大ホテル！ Today, I introduce one of the hotels　in Kupari, Croatia, Hotel Pelegrin. It’s facing the ocean, a huge, hollow squared hotel. All window glasses were crashed, and walls were crumbled. A wind-swept hotel was waiting for me.

今日は、クロアチアのクパリリゾートにある廃墟ホテル群の中の一つ、ホテル・プレグランを紹介します。ロの字型が特徴の海に面した巨大なホテルです。窓ガラス一つ残らず、壁は破壊の限りを尽くされた、吹きさらしのホテルです。

晴天！青空、青い海、そして振り向けば巨大ホテルの廃墟群。リゾート地としての風格を残すクパリ。この廃墟群を前にすると探索家誰もが、「一体どこから探索したらいいのか!!!このやろう！」と思うでしょう。それくらい広いのです。

Clear Sky & Blue Ocean!!!! And behind me, a flock of huge abandoned hotels!!! Still I could feel the taste of a resort from Kupari. Once explorers face these hotels, they must have shouted “****!!! Too vast!!!! From where I have to go!?!!???” It’s vast, indeed.

A little History
1963年に建築家、David Finciによって設計されたホテルプレグラン。宿泊客に419のベッド、海側に面した最高のロケーションを提供していました。クロアチア紛争の際の攻撃で、壁という壁は、ミサイルや銃撃の穴だらけ。壮絶な戦闘が行われていたことを訴えかけます。

In 1963, the Hotel Pelegrin was designed by an architect, David Finci. For lodgers, he provided 419 beds, and a best location faced an ocean side. When Croatia was in conflict, the hotel was attacked by missiles and firearms. The holes on walls tell me how furious the battle was.

A Sight for Sore Eyes!
ホテルプレグランの素晴らしい点は、海、山、廃墟群を一望できるところです。廃墟になった今でもそれは健在で、訪れる人々に最高の景色を提供しています！

This hotel gave me a really nice place to command a view of the ocean, mountain, and abandoned buildings. Although its building has been collapsed, the Hotel Pelegrin still provides great view to tourists.
