My friends who live in Ancona told me this restaurant, and it’s a little famous, not only a little but very famous at the local! It takes just one hour from San Marino. The restaurant is also open for lunch time! Please visit this ristorante if you drive in Italy!

A Wild Boar Mochi Mochi Pasta
In Italy, I could say, his handmade pasta was the BEST!!! A wild boar meat is used for this sauce. I can’t stop eating because his pasta is really soft but springy…in Japan, we call it “Mochi Mochi”!!! I hope I could bring the pasta back to Japan…!!!

Needless to say, dishes are fantastic…BUT I’d like introduce you the chef “Enzo”. He is really cute, lovely and passionate! He gave us a great moment with marvelous Italian dishes and his sweet character!!!
料理もデリシャスなんですが、何よりも名物はエンツォおじちゃん。おしゃべりがベリーラブでチーフルな熱いスピリットをもった方でした！エンツォおじちゃん自ら厨房に立ち、デリシャスイタリア家庭料理を、超絶ボリュームで私たちにインホームしてくれますよ！
