Sazuka Branch School

This long name Chinese character school, is called the Amagata Sazuka Branch School. This school hidden in the mountain, is surrounded by the beautiful nature. And I wonder if it is one of the amazing abandoned schools in Japan 🙂

嵯塚の自然に囲まれている、日本でも指折りの美しい廃校の一つ、天方小学校嵯塚分校の一つです。

The Amagata Sazuka Branch School is located in Morimachi, Shizuoka Pref. The school was opened in the old age as a branch of Amagata school. It was offered to Sazuka village Children. Closed in 1990 Due this area’s population decreased. And ultimately abandoned..

天方小学校嵯塚分校は静岡県森町にあります。学校は古い時代に開校され、天方小学校の分校として、嵯塚の村の子供たちが通っていました。1990年に閉鎖、地域の人口は減少していたたために1990年に閉鎖。そして最終的に放棄されました。

We had to drive snaky ridges a mountain road! After that, We arrived at the Nakatsuka village. This village has been almost abandoned, but One old man live still here, However we did not meet him. We went through a collapsing houses. We climb the mountain pass, and while pushing aside the weed that we find on the way, we arrived at the destination. I was tired! But My dogs were doing well… Children had used this rugged mountain road to go to school? Really?

ウネウネの山道をドライブ後、中塚村に辿り着いた。この村はほとんど放棄されていますが、一人だけおじいさんが住んでいますがその方には会うことはありませんでした。そこから崩れかけの民家の間を通りぬけ、山道を登る事10分ほどで、嵯塚分校に到着しました！

One part of the school building is damaged, but it is still standing as well. Is a great atmosphere! So all of this made me forget the fatigue! Inside, Moreover is wooden made, simply wonderful! Some classroom’s interior was preserved, and was full of teaching materials and memory of the students! I feel like I’m a student again, but I don’t want to study!!!!!

学校の建物は一部崩壊が見られましたが、まだそこにあります。内部の木造構造は良い雰囲気をかもし出していました。教室の状態も良い感じに残っているし、教材や学生の思い出の品も残されていました。ここに来ると、小学生に戻った気分に浸れる場所です。

A lot of weeds growing the schoolyard, So Playground equipment is slowly being reclaimed by nature and the environment around it.
雑草ボーボーの校庭には遊具は、草に埋もれて自然に還りつつあります。
