Was opened 1992, TENKAEN is one of the abandoned theme park in Hokkaido. It was a theme park built for cultural exchange with China. This park features point is a reproduction of the garden of the Qing period, Stone Forest and the five-story pagoda. And tourists were able to eat authentic Chinese cuisine. Frankly, no, everything was really standing out… So, Only 7 years after the park’s opening in 1999, it closed. Aaah!
1992年に開園した天華園は、北海道登別にある中国テーマパークの廃墟です。清朝の宮廷庭園を再現した作りで、五重塔や石林などがあります。当時は中華料理レストランもあったとか。しかし内容もパッとしないテーマ―パークだったので、オープンからわずか7年後の1999年には閉鎖してしまったアルー！アイヤー！
The garden is despite near the famous Noboribetsu Onsen area, It is completely forgotten from tourist. We went through the red off limit iron gate, After that, The first thing who jumped in, our eyes were decaying Chinese style imperial court building and garden! I felt like I’ve come to Hokkaido, but seems like in China 🙂
有名な登別温泉の近くにあるにもかかわらず、すっかり廃墟の天華園。赤い立ち入り禁止の門を通り過ぎれば、そこには朽ちた宮廷庭園が広がっていました。北海道に来たのに、中国にいる気分が味わえます！一石二鳥！

さあ、清朝時代にタイムスリップ! 廃墟ですけどね。 一部崩壊も見られましたが、外観だけみると廃墟じゃないみたいです。建物一つ一つはそれなりに凝った作りに見えます。開けた庭園も今だ花が咲いていて、管理されているようにも見えました。
The Circular Gate, feels like China architecture, going through, There was Big rock! We went up to a stairs carved out of a big rock connected to a building with a small red bridge.
円洞門。 中国建築を感じさせるこの門の先には、これまた宮廷庭園にはかかせない大きな岩！この岩に登った先には、建物と繋がる小さな橋がありましたが、これはもう渡れないくらい壊れていました。
In the past, This building was a restaurant? When I saw it, feels like a scene from a Jacky Chang movie; He probably fight here against bad guys in the cafe. And that’s why I called this clinic Jacky chan’s Cafe 😀 Restaurant’s Ceiling decoration are very detailed, and the quality is great, But why they did all of this, and close only after 7 years.
これはレストランだった場所？なんとなく、ジャッキーチェンの映画で、ジャッキーが悪者に絡まれるシーンで使われる茶屋っぽい。建物の内部も良く出来ているのに、7年で閉鎖は浮かばれない。浮かばれなさすぎてキョンシーが出てくるかもしれない。
The stone forest in the corner of the park, is inspired from Kunming’s Stone Forest in Yunnan, China. There ware a Tunnel, a pond, a jumping step stone, all those things are mind of attraction for me, So is an interesting construction!
園内の端にある石林は、中国雲南省にある昆明のものをインスパイアしたとか。ここは中々面白い構造をしていまして、トンネルがあったり、池があったり、飛び石があったりとアトラクション要素がある場所でした。
The main dish of this Tenkaen exploration was the Five-story pagoda! The elevator to go to the top floor wasn’t working. We climbed an dark stairs going to the top floor, and finally reached the top 😀 I was also able to see the park panoramic view! It was a stunning view!
この五重塔は天華園のメイン。昔はエレベーターで、てっぺんまで上がれたようですが、今は階段であがるしかありません。暗い階段をのぼれば、パークの全景が見渡せます! こうやってみると壮観です！雲のように風のようにをなぜか思い出した。
Next to the five-story pagoda, there is a bell. This bell was built to wish a good relationship between China and Japan. In fact, I think the relationship between Japan and China looks like the state of this park.
五重塔の隣に、鐘があります。これは中国と日本の良好な関係を願うための鐘だそう。鐘の効き目はなかったみたいですねー日本と中国の関係はまさにこの天華園のような状態ですよ…。アイヤー！
