Castello Rosso

The “Castello di Rosso” is an abandoned castle located in Piemonte, Italy. The exterior has a typical Italian architecture and its inside has rooms which are built with walls provided by beautiful frescos.

ロッソ城はイタリアのピエモンテにある城の廃墟です。1900年にわずか三年間で建てられた城は、典型的なイタリアの建築の外観を持ち、内部には美しい壁画を施した部屋があります。

History
The historical story of this castle is quite interesting and fun. In spite of its appearance, this castle is not a medieval one. To know the fact, let’s check its history in 1900. In the same city, not so far from this castle, there is an original old castle dates 1170, very similar to this one, and their past is strongly connected. A count related to the nobles of the city, claimed inheritance rights on the real castle. There were several years of quarrels with relatives, but at the end, the count, didn’t get the castle. Very annoyed from the happening, he decided to build one identical, but even beautiful and just 200 meter far from the original one. Called a famous architect from Turin (expert in medieval construction), finish to build the new castle in just 3 years, and the final result was quite unique.

The Red Room
How many explorers are fascinated by this red room? It has been still keeping own beautiful figure for long era…with a fireplace, and a red fresco. The nature, farmers, children, and animals were drawn by this picture. It seems like telling us the local people’s lives.

多くの探検家を魅了するのは、この暖炉のある赤いフレスコ画を持つ部屋です。廃墟になった今でも壁の絵はしっかりと残ります。自然や農夫、子供、動物などが描かれていました。この辺りの地域の生活？を表しているよう絵でした。

The Love-Hotel Castle
While we were looking for the place to go inside, we found two cars behind the castle. Well, we thought it was kind of suspicious…oh, MOVIN’ and (sexsual) DANCIN’!!!! Two persons were making love love love!!! …I hope you’ll be happy for ever inside the car….Well, this was why this castle was called as “The Castle of sex in the car”. DO IT AT YOUR HOME

建物の内部に入るための場所を探していたら、城の後ろに二台の車が止まっていました。怪しいと思いつつも、近づいていくと…なんと車の中でうごめく二人の影…そう何と、愛をはぐくんでおられました!…家でやれ(小声)…というわけでこの城のことを’カーセックス城’と呼んでいるのはここだけの話しです。
