Porcini mushroom’s Risotto
This restaurante’s porcini risotto was al dente, delicious, all tastes were dancing in my mouth!!!!! All Squisito!! Actually I happened to find this resutaurant, however this kind of Food-Accident makes me really happy!!!!
ここのポルチー二茸のリゾットは、米のアルデンテ具合も、味も、すべてが最高でした！たまたま入ったお店でおしいものが出てくると嬉しいもんです。
Super Tortellini
I heard about a popular pasta called Tortellini, but actually I never seen or eat it, Thay looks like a dumpling filled with meat and vegetables. Once you eat it, you will feel like its juicy taste makes a headshot! The owner appearance was pretty strong guy, but he was very kind. After I finished lunch he give me a chocolate sorbet for free, the Italian countryside people are really gentle! Cheers!
イタリアではポピュラーなパスタ、トルテッリーニは、噂には聞いたことがあったんですが、見るのも食べるのもはじめて。肉や野菜などを包んだ小さな餃子のようなパスタです。食べると中の具材のうまみがお口の中でBOM!! BOM!! BOM!! 店員さんはいかつい風貌にも関わらずめっちゃ親切。食後のサービスでさっぱりしたチョコレートドリンクをサービスしてくれた、イタリアの田舎町の人情にChees!!
