Abandoned Nichitsu Dancehall

In the past, This Akaiwa Bunka Kaikan was multipurpose hall and served as an oasis for Nichitsu miners. In the Nitchitsu mine’s heyday, Film screenings and dance party had been performed often here.

この赤岩文化会館はニッチツ鉱山の多目的ホールで、鉱山労働者のためのオアシスのような場所でした。鉱山の全盛期には、ダンスパーティーや映画の上映などが行われていました。

One of the highlights of the Nichitsu, is certainly the Akaiwa Bunka Kaikan. There is an impressive Red Curtain, The contrast between the tattered interior and the curtain itself is lovely!

ニッチツを探索する上で、赤岩文化会館は絶対外せない場所です。崩壊寸前の内部と印象的な赤いカーテンとのコントラストが美しい場所です。

Here, since the collapse is quite in advanced status, There were a lot of big holes in the floor. And lots of objects have fallen through the hole. Also Stage is half collapsed! If you want to dance, you will fall into the holes, So do not dancing here!

崩壊が深刻な状態なので、床には大きな穴がたくさんあいていました。その穴に、かつてここに置いてあったモノがたちが落っこちています。舞台も半分を崩壊しています。もし誰かが、ここでダンスをすれば、穴に落ちるのは間違いありませんね。

We had a little accident! On the way to this building, Fujita-san was dying, because He stuck in the lime swamp, and was swallowed up! But His return from the dead and he became a zombie, Ah, that was good 🙂

実はこの会館に行く途中にちょっとしたトラブルがありました！同行していたフジタさんが石灰の沼にはまり、飲み込まれ死にかけていました。しかし、無事に脱出。足が石灰まみれになってしまいました…
