Training Centers of Labor

The Training Center of Labor is located in Osaka and was builded in 1978, but the proper function of this center was not so clear. In Japan there are many “useless” public center, and probably this Training Center of Labor, is one of those. The entire construction was on sale by the City Hall, but there wasn’t any interested buyers.

大阪、泉佐野勤労青少年研修センターの廃墟があります。1978年に建築されたらしいんですが、何の研修センターだったかは良くわかりません。税金で建てたわりに使われない公共施設の一つだったようにも思えます。

I headed to the abandoned center for a nice day out. In the first floor, there is a large concrete passage, and is the coolest part of this building! However, is the only interesting parts, but for me was ok because I like the concrete constructions 🙂 There is a hole in the passage’s ceiling, and thanks to the light who passed through this hole, there was a beautiful atmosphere.

この建物はどの扉も閉ざされているので、中に入る事はできませんでした。が！一階にあるコンクリートの通路には入ることができました。通路には地上に吹き抜ける大きな穴があり、そこからの光が暗い通路を照らしています。差し込む光がコンクリートの雰囲気にマッチしていて綺麗でした。でもこの建物の見どころは実はここしかない気がする…

When we finish to explore the first floor, we went to the second floor, but the access was a bit difficult, so we climb the walls as Assasin’s Creed! Second floor have a big balcony, and from there, you can enjoy the landscape and the outside building design. Unfortunately the entire structure is close and we didn’t find any access, so we couldn’t enter inside the building, but was really enjoyable also just look from the outside. The design is unique!

二階にアクセスするための階段とかなかったので、アサシンクリードばりの能力で外壁を登って二階に到着。そこには広いテラスがあり、建物の中の様子を窓から伺うことができました。うーん。中は何にもなさそうな感じ。
テラスからは塔みたいな部分をよく見ることができます。できれば、あの塔に登りたかった…
